Some folks here are planning a field trip to the Antique Rose Emporium in
Dahlonega, Ga, and this was posted on the local list. I thought it would
be of interest to some of you.

When surfing the net today I found a site for old roses:
http://www.vintagegardens.com/
which have a search engine for dates from 1250 to 1993. They seem to have
some sort of program where they have the old roses but you have to custom
order them. You'll have to go through the site more thoroughly than me to
figure it all out.

I got the site from
http://www.mertus.org/gardening/cat17/frame-cat.html
which is a list of gardening catalogs and has some comments on quality,
price, service, etc.
