Not bad, but they're only recently sprouted.  One of the roots took about 7 
weeks to sprout.  I'm still reading up on these, so I don't know much yet.  I 
started these at the request of a friend who's become interested in Middle 
Eastern cooking and wants to grow, or have grown, some of the ingredients.  
I'd be glad to hear your experience with them since I hadn't really planned 
ahead for these.
