HERB - The Doctors wisdom

Well, I am back fromt he doctor. He gave me some cream and ordered me to "No 
strenous activity", which means no finishing my new tattoo tonight *heavy 
sigh*. He also adjusted my diet, once again, now instead of low sodium I am 
on a no sodium diet for at least a month. He explained that was a factor in 
my current problems with my legs and posterior areas. I appreciate everyones 
help and thoughts. Nice to know people care about others still in this all 
to chaotic world.
