HERB - Sea Lavender?

Sea Lavender is also commonly found in nurseries hereabouts as Statice.
There are both annual and perennial varieties. They must be tough - the
local city planting folks use them in meridian plantings next to SF Bay
where both wind and salt are a problem and they always look good.
