HERB - Question?

I have no idea what zone I am in.. I use tobe in zone 6 but I have moved
since then I live in eastern washington.
I am looking for am mix of hebs and vegetables. My gardens have to me
fruitful and serve a propose or my husband gets mad.
If there are edible flowers that love shade I would much like to know about
them.
