I found when trying to rid my home of lice and pregnant that cold coconut
butter smird in my hair then a bag and hot towel , for one hour not only
killed the lice but made my hair more manageible(sp). I think the key to
coconut...is not heating it up before putting it in your hair.... Although I
am not  an expert. It could have been dumb luck.
