HERB - OT disk

Great.  Someone had suggested a drop spindle, but I hadn't considered the
mechanics of how to accomplish it.  Rubber gaskets hmm.  So simple yet I
would have not thought of it.  I'm not sure how I would have held the disk
stationary without them and still keep the balance.  Thanks
