HERB - Period Rose Info

My one regret is that I live in an apartment right now...so have no roses
or place to plant them.  But I'm thinking of hitting a friend up for petals
& hips to try some of these reciepts. (sp)

(Actually, she was saving rose-hips for me anyway...they go so great in
"cough medicine" and just taste good in most teas....)
