HERB - Old Oil Bottles

Greetings!

I have a question about those old essential oil bottles, the kind that
are accumulating in my house...is there any way to reuse them?  Most of
them still retain a trace scent of the old oil, and I have three large
bottles of essences that I'd like to transfer to smaller bottles - but I
don't want to mix old scent with new (eeeeewwch!).  Any thoughts?
