I've never heard of it being done, but it should be worth a try.  There
are 2 options.

1 - collect some of the ripe morels and bury them in your selected
location.

2 - dig up a considerable amount of the soil in the vicinity where they
now live and move it all to your selected location.

As with any mushroom, the greatest part of the fungus is the subterranean
part.  The 'mushrooms' are merely the fruiting bodies, the spore
producers.

several years.)
