Did you use a grape base, or water, sugar, yeast and herbs?  Inquiring minds 
want to know...  ;>  I use herbs and spices as notes in a fruit wine base, 
but I haven't yet made a straight herbal wine.  I'm told that a rosemary 
wine makes a wonderful cooking wine in which to saute chicken.
