    I have some smaller "eye bags" out of flax seeds, that a cousin made for 
us. It does indeed work very well. I imagine it would be a bit pricey for 
large bags, though.......... Also, I would expect that, due to the high oil 
content of the seeds, they might go rancid relatively fast--quicker than the 
rice or beans, at least. Could be wrong, though! My bags from last Christmas 
seem fine so far.........
