HERB - Recipe For Irish Cream.

Ingredients: 3 eggs
                  1 can condensed milk
                  1 Tblsn. chocolate syrup
                  1 tspn. instant coffee flakes mixed w/ 1 tspn. water.
                  11/4 cups Irish Whiskey
                  1 pint heavy cream (unwhipped)

          Mix together very well everything BUT the cream.
         When you have a thorough mix GENTLY blend in the cream.
          Refrigerate for at least 24 hours to allow to blend. Shake
well before serving.

Notes: If you triple the ingredients you can add a fifth of whiskey to
the batch instead of
           measuring in cupfuls. It makes about a gallon that way.
          We prefer to use rye whiskey over malt but try both and see
what you think.

          This is not a drink to enjoy too frequently  - boy does it
pack on the pounds!
