HERB - vinegar

Well the good stuff I started with some cider vinegar starter from a brewing
store. But after that I just poured about ¼ C of regular store bought
vinegar into a large glass bottle and then began dumping all the odds and
ends of wine bottles into it. I don't put a lid on the bottle I just stuff a
wool scrap in the top so the air can circulate. 

So far I haven't killed anybody.
