  Herbal Accents at www.herbalaccents.com has both of these.  Their phone number
is 760-633-4255.  They have a $75.00 minimum on orders too.  They seem to
specialize in soap and cosmetic making supplies.  I have ordered from them once,
with good results, but I haven't done much comparison shopping.  I am sorry that
it took so long for my reply but I couldn't find my old catalogue.  A new one
came in the mail today.
