HERB - Echinacea question

I live in the Kindgom of the West, Principality of Cynagua, Province of Golden
Rivers.  MKA Sacramento.

Yes, my first summer out here, I thought I was in heaven.  No allergies!
Then, in January, I ate lunch under a tree while reading a book.  When I got
up, my navy ski-jacket was covered with yellow pollen.  Whoever heard of
hayfever in winter?!? (asked the NorthEast girl)

Of course, a couple years later, I found myself in a campus clinic w/ the kind
physician asking if I got hayfever.  I said, "Not very bad out here."  He
smiled, knowingly, and said, "Ragweed, then?  You must love it here!"
