HERB - Rush lights

Hey, Sheepstealer!  Once you figure out if the two are interchangeable, 
please post where one might buy the necessary plant material, if it can even 
be purchased, and the "recipe" for making them.  Someone told me to soak them 
in a melted combination of 50/50 tallow to beeswax, but I'm not sure that is 
correct.
