I am trying everything I can to get this resolved, unfortunately, I was gone 
and didn't check e-mail last night, and it's complicated by at least 5 people 
whose mailboxes are too full and bouncing messages back to me.

I apologize, I'm trying to contact the person who handles these things for 
us, but if I don't get some help soon, I will close the list down temporarily.
