HERB - herbal garden spray?

Greetings all.

I am really having a hard time with grasshoppers and stink bugs eating up
everything in my garden  (havn't found worms, and I think I got most of the
potatoe bugs)

Does anyone have a recipe for a natural spray or something that I can put on
my plants?
