Cove, I don't know.
Sweet scabious is a member of genus Scabiosa, probably S. atropurpurea. I
don't recall having ever seen it, but according to one of my references it
has opposing leaves, with various colored flower heads subtended by an
involucre, which if I understand the terminology means at least the base of
the flower is surrounded by bracts, which are scaly, leaflike structures.
China Orange, I would expect to be Citrus sinensis, the SE Asian sweet
orange which is the species our modern sweet oranges are derived from. It
is also a common name for Citrofortunella mitis (also known as Calamondin or
Golden Lime), an ornamental citrus whose immature fruit can be used for
juice.
