HERB - Plant Identification

Greetings all.

I have a "weed" growing in my garden, and I would like some ideas on plants
to look up to see if I can find out what it is.   It stands aprx 2 feet high
or so, lots of upright "branches".   The leaves are in pairs, they do not
have leaf stalks, but grow directly from the main stalk.   They have three
lobes - one tall middle one, and a very short one on either side of the
middle one.   When I rub a leaf between my fingers, it is very sticky and
smells faintly like vicks vapor rub.
No sign of flowers, as of yet...

Any ideas??
