HERB - Roses

Takes longer but I have had good luck with scraping the bottom of a stem
and bending it to the ground, putting a rock on it and leaving it to
next year - it roots, I clip the stem and dig up a new little plant.

I am working harvesting mint and rosemary and making wines to use for
marinades.
