HERB - Question

I've been checking into what we can do about garbage such as the message that 
got through yesterday.  It came from a commercial address that wasn't 
su*bscribed to the list.  Do all of you feel that it's enough of a problem to 
restrict the list to members?  If we do that, it means that you can only send 
messages from the e-mail address you subscribed from.

I'll make the change if enough of you request it.
