HERB - Sinus help?

Greetings to the List!

I have a small problem.  I have my Rosemary and Chocolate mint in pots
in my sun room, and the mint is getting leggy with a white powdery
substance on it that also seems to be affecting the rosemary.  Does
anyone have any ideas what this is and how to cure it?
Also about a week ago I had some tiny white flies on them.

Any h*elp would be appreciated.
