HERB - Pregnancy tea?

Greetings all.

My sister is pregnant (surprise!!-she was on birth control pills, which she
took religiously)  at age 39.   So far, things look ok, but they are still
running a series of tests to try to determine exactly when did she concieve,
and if things are developing properly.
She is stressed out.
What types of tea could she take that would be calming for her, but suitable
for a pregnancy?
