I have a sore muscle balm that I really like, but it is fairly expensive. The active ingredients are camphor and menthol. Camphor I have and know where to get. (well, white camphor, actually - is it the same?) What is menthol derived from? Are there easily obtainable substitutes that would work just as well?? Thanks! Melandra
