Musk water would probably be distilled alcoholic water using musk, the
secretions from the musk gland under the tail of the musk deer.

Most 'amber perfume' is synthetically created, nowadays. We've discussed
this on the list before, though, and the general consensus is that most
amber 'perfumes' probably are either ambergris or labandum, which are both
sometimes referred to as 'amber'.  Liquid storax, (Liquidamber orientalis)
sometimes is used too.
