HERB - Perfume oils

Adding vitamin E will help prevent rancidity.  I am a chemist who formerly
worked formulating skin care products.  You will need to add from 1 to 1.5%
by weight of vitamin E.  The other benefit is that vitamin E is also great
for the skin.
