Gosh I would hope so. I've been doing some experiments with it
and if it's not listed in the bitter category, I'm officially moving
it there. I've been playing with Markham's dried vinegar recipe,
and I ran out of wheat grass during part of the experiment. I
used parsley powder and the experiment was a success on texture
and formation and all, but in terms of taste? YUCKY! Bitter bitter
bitter.
