HERB - Valerian update

uh-oh, I spoke before reading the whole book... on a page that I didn't read
until just now, the Emerging Therapies book does provide a chart for
interpreting the "proportional" dosage, and they say it is meant to be
proportional to human weight.  It didn't say so at the beginning of the
materia medica section, and I skimmed the TOC too quickly to notice it
before...

So, I've answered my own valerian question!  Thanks anyway :)
