[Herbalist] Directions needed please

Thank you all so much for your overwhelming response to my question.

At this very moment I am sewing my flannel together and gathering my rice
and lavender.

This injury has plagued my patience and I greatly appreciate all your
suggestions.  I knew this was the place to go for information.

It seems I can always count on my fellow SCA folk.
