Here's the one that I did:

Carmelite Water:

1 lemon
4 oz vodka
3 tbsp chopped lemon balm
3 tbsp chopped angelica root
1/2 tsp coriander seeds
1 nutmeg
1 3-inch cinnamon stick
1 tbsp cloves
