Re sore muscles and Rosemary:
A friend of mine who has studied herbalism recommended it. I have found thatthe following:
Hot pepper oil, as in Chinese Hot Pepper oils for cooking great for back spasms.
Compfry leave great for stretched ligaments
Arnica Oil great for shin splints.
That's not to say these are not interchangeable. I happened to have used those for the conditions mentioned.

I buy mine at target in the baby section (they are great for covering a
turkey when you basting the bird). They have both the flat ones and the
prefolded ones, which make good dustclothes and polishing rags.

Hello,

I was going through and cleaning up many many emails and remember seeing
something about applying rosemary oil to aide in the relief of sore muscles.
Unfortunately, I can not find the email (I probably deleted it).

Can anyone enlighten me on this? Was it a cold or hot infusion? Is it an
essential oil? Will it help my problem - MD diagnosed a cold has settled
into my neck muscles causing stiffness and swelling (to the point where it
has aggravated a lymph nod - already checked out any viral possibilities) do
to the inclement weather that we have been having in MA.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Dianaim
