[Herbalist] Lavender trim

I've never trimmed my lavender plants in the fall.  My reasoning for this is
that once trimmed the plant goes into grow mode using up energy needed to
get through the winter.  I have always trimmed mine back in the spring and
have never had any problem with blooming.
