[Hou-announce] populace meetings

Greetings,

We have been discussing moving our populace meetings to a new location, and 
have found one possibility that we would like to discuss.  The church that 
we had Yule at is willing to let us meet there free of charge except that we 
would have to pay for a security guard.  The cost would be $15 an hour.

What are your thoughts?  Feel free to voice your opinions and any 
alternatives.

We will be discussing this at our next populace meeting at Ryan's on the 8th 
of January.
