Job Requirements: 
  Associates/Technical Degree Preferred 
  5 + years billing/collections of Skilled Nursing Facility Claims 
  Knowledge of Billing Skilled Nursing Managed Care Claims and Texas Medicaid Claims 
  Knowledge of Skilled Nursing Billing Applications 
  MS Office Suite
  
Responsibilities 
Accounts Receivable 
  Processing Month End Close 
  Processing of Managed Care Claims 
  Processing of Texas Medicaid Claims 
  Billing & Collection activity of all Managed Care Claims 
  Billing & Collection activity of all Medicaid Claims 
  Billing and Collections of all Private pay 
  Billing and Collections of all Medicare A & B Claims 
  Follow up on all Pending Medicaid applications 
  Conduct Periodic Aging Reviews for assigned payors 
  Complete HMO/Insurance Billing & Tracking 
  Complete Medicaid Billing & Tracking 
  Maintain high-level of customer service 
  Additional Duties as Assigned
