[Hou-announce] More road construction for those on their way to War

Baron Ihon asked me to pass along the following message to those who
will be traveling later this week to GW.
AS of Wednesday...
Exit 83, which is located at Sliddell and I-12 will be under
construction. Signs indicate to expect a 60 minute delay.
