Sorry for the OT, but this has come down in my company recently and felt
that maybe there are some people out there who might need it.  This is for a
data entry position and we are looking for 3 people right now.  This is
really a temporary position with a possibility (no guarantee) to go
permanent.  The max pay is $10 an hour with paid parking if you park in a

*Data Entry Specialist*

Data Entry Specialists ideally suited for this role will be results-oriented
with strong computer skills (Microsoft Office and database experience) and a
high accuracy of at least 70+ words per minute on an alphanumeric keyboard
and minimum of 65 strokes per minute on a 10 key.  Responsibilities will
include the entry and integrity of data related to energy management
systems.

*Essential Duties and Expectations: ***

§         Obtain, monitor and maintain data from multiple sources including
internal, external, and 3rd party data sources; monitor and maintain
integrity of data feeds prior to system updating

§         Responsible to meet a daily processing quota as set by management.

§         Prepare and sort source documents and identify data to be entered

§         Setup, input and audit data using proprietary systems

§         Run reports and queries to validate data entry to ensure accurate
data integrity

§         Coordinate with others to address and resolve data conflicts or
obtain missing data



*Qualifications (Experience, Competencies, Skills, Education): ***

§         Exceptional computer skills, including CRM Systems, relational
databases and proficiency in MS Office(e.g. Excel, Word, Access, Outlook)

§         Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to
multi-task and shift priorities as needed

§         Solid time management and prioritization skills

§         Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

§         Demonstrates a "team" mentality

§         Strong written and verbal communication skills

§         A desire to personally excel, and to help lead a team to the right
conclusion

§         Detail-oriented with the high degree of accuracy and a strong work
ethic

§         High School diploma or equivalent

§         3 years of related work experience – preferred

§         Familiarity with deregulated electricity and natural gas markets –
nice to have

§         Working knowledge of electric utility operation – nice to have
