Michael has posted the announcement for the funeral, see below: 
Forest Park Westheimer Funeral Home
12800 Westheimer,  Houston, Texas 77077,  281-497-2330
 
The visitation and funeral services will be held at this same location. 
 
For those unfamiliar with Houston, the funeral home and cemetary are located 
on the westside, south of I-10W, near the northwest intersection of Westheimer and Dairy Ashford.  You should be able to mapquest the address.
