[Hou-announce] Adieu to another of our friends

It is my sad task to announce the passing of Kerry McFarland, suddenly to a
heart attack.  Kerry & his lady Temair had not been able to play much
recently because of health issues but many of you will remember their
willing spirits.  I have no particulars on services but will post same if
informed.
