Houston Gem and Mineral Society is having their annual show this weekend, up in 
Humble.  Good place to buy some tools and materials to create SCA largess and 
insignia:

Disney-on-Ice "Princess Wishes" - ok, it's a stretch for the SCA, but it's 
Princess's, maybe something for your SCA daughter.

Ars Lyrica Houston is offerieng '1610 Vespers' on 11/13:  in collaboration with 
the Orpheus Chamber Singers and the Whole Noyse, one of the world’s finest
