[Hou-announce] Moving / purging garage sale - "Come and take it off our hands!"

Folks,

Our neighborhood, the Autumn Creek subdivision (in Friendswood), has a
neighborhood-wide garage sale just twice a year. The next one is THIS
SATURDAY, October 16!

We'll be putting out some baby furniture (crib, toddler bed, changing
table), some baby and toddler toys, a nice collapsable stroller (like
new), Fisher-Price high-chair, Graco Pack-n-Play, Graco stroller,
books (including a large collection of Star Trek paperbacks), an
armoir (with a hutch and 2 drawers), and other stuff. Please come by
and check it out. We need to part with this stuff before our upcoming
move.

Date: Saturday, October 16 (rain date October 23)
Place: 3136 Indian Summer Trail, Friendswood, TX 77056

Time: 10:00 am

Autumn Creek is a fairly nice neirhborhood (near FM 528 @ Bay Area
Blvd), so it's a great way to get some premium garage-sale shopping
done even if you don't find what you're looking for at ours.

As I pointed out in my previous announcement about this, we're serious
about needing to pass this stuff on. Like everyone these days, we
could very much use whatever cash this garage sale brings us. But
whatever we don't sell, we still want to pass on.

If any of you in our SCA extended family just aren't in a position to
offer a few bucks for treasures that you need, PLEASE COME ANYWAY, but
come later in the day. We'll put most of the stuff up for grabs to
whoever needs it after 2:00 pm (except the Graco stroller and Pack n
Play, which we'll try to sell via eBay or Craigs List if they don't
find a buyer at the garage sale). We'll stay set up until at least
4:00 pm.
