[Hou-announce] Folks coming for BoD Meeting need crash space

Mistress Emma de Fetherstan, Star Principal Herald, her daughter, and possibly 
Sir Asoph are making plans to come to Houston for the Board of Directors' 
meeting the weekend of April 15-17.  If anyone is able to provide crash space in
