That sounds wonderful, Jeffrey! I might even be able to make it this week,
if I get my grad school work done in time. Where do you meet?

Unfortunately, my husband cannot make it due to his work schedule. However,
if you ever want a really good tenor singer to perform with your consort, he
has an excellent voice and is quite knowledgeable in the field of
Elizabethan Renaissance music.

If anyone is interested, there is a group called the
Grand Prairie Early Music Consort that meets on
Tuesdays at 2PM. We welcome any instrument, but period
instruments are prefered (and I can teach more than a
few).

"The GPEMC is an open consort, any who wish to come
are welcom. Music from the Middle Ages throught the
Late Baroque is preformed.
The GPEMC is an informal, non-professional groups
dedicated to the preservation of the early
instruments, preformance and style."

If anyone is interested in attending, e-mail me at
starcommander55 at yahoo.com

I may be able to draw some of the people from the
groups into the SCA as a music guild...
