Greetings!

Here is how things stand as of this moment.

I have asked Master Philip to substitute for Dianna due to her family 
emergency and bring the bread/cheese/butter

Mistress Xene is providing the roast beef

Countess Regina is providing the salad

Mistress Xene and I are providing four chickens, 2 for lunch and 2 for 
Canton dinner.

I am checking with Their Majesties, Their Highnesses, and Their Graces on 
the necessity of beverage service.

I have had no offers to provide the fresh fruit trays nor the chocolate 
tarts.

If I do not hear from anyone by 5pm tomorrow, Thursday, May 25, I will 
assume that I will need to obtain these myself and proceed to the grocery 
with all due haste.
