[Lindenwood] Vscribe office open for bid

Greetings!

I've been the unofficial Lindenwood Vscribe for a while, but due to the 
current demands and stresses of my non-sca life (where I do this for a 
living), I find it is time to surrender the responsibility.

I have made Mistress Xene aware of my intention. The following is 
information required for applying for the office.

Please submit an Application for Office (located at 
http://seneschal.ansteorra.org/forms/Application.pdf ) to the Central 
Regional Vscribe with courtesy copies to the following:

Qualifications for the office of Vscribe in the Kingdom of Ansteorra:

It requires the following in order to qualify for the job:

--This is a warranted position and as such you must be a Paid member of 
the society.

--Must have reliable internet connection and reliable email.

--Must be able to work in HTML, PHP, JavaScript, CSS, create graphics, 
(FrontPage and Microsoft extensions are not supported by this server)

--Be able to subscribe to the mailing list of the office you serve, 
RedTape, and Webministers mailing lists at minimum.

--The candidate is suggested to be familiar with how to code to keep up 
our
IRCA rating (http://www.icra.org/about/) which keeps us in compliance with 
conformance level Double-A of the WCAG. This is only _suggested_ criteria 
as a part of our Non-profit status.
