Anything extra would be appreciated, I'm sure.
Sunnifa is heading up this project and she is asking that  we each cover a single "course" of the meal, if possible. Or go in with someone else on one course.

I'm doing the beef, but I could throw in an extra chicken or two if you would smoke them onsite.
