Yes, I would love to have you there both days, and yes, I will have both full con and single day passes.? I haven't gotten word back on a possible booth for sales, but have been told indirectly that the room is pretty full so I don't know whether it will be feasible yet.



I will probably take off Friday afternoon, myself to get things set up.? Just got times and rooms for demos from the CON coordinator, but he still hasn't told me which booth we have. Just another one of the questions I have already asked him twice, but will need to ask again.

I'm picking up the tablecloth from Donnel before the event, and will have Kalida's stuff with me. I also have some ways to hang banners without actually "hanging" them that should work for the Steppes ensign and any tapestries we have.

Caireen would be welcome as far as I'm concerned, but if we don't have a sales booth, would she still come?

He won't be there Sun, I don't think, but I can be there both days.? Passes would be nice.? Also I will plan on being there Friday around noon to set up - can have a semblance of a booth ready by 3.? So I guess I would need a dealers' badge?? If you are working Fri, I would need to get Steppes tablecloth and your and Kalida's stuff from you beforehand...? Don't know if I can hang banners by myself...? Let me know how you want to work it.? May be able to bring Cairenn too, if you want?

Greetings to the Barony of the Steppes, our shires, and our neighbors!

His Majesty, Aaron MacGregor III has graciously accepted our invitation to participate in the All CON demo before he sets out for Gulf Wars, so not only will he be attending, but fighting on Saturday March 8th! This is very exciting for me as the coordinator, but it is also a challenge to Steppes, Lindenwood, and Glaslyn, as well as Elfsea and its shires and cantons, to provide suitable fighting partners for him. We will also need marshalls and those who can explain to the viewers what is going on.? Also, it is a time to pull out those dazzling costumes and extraordinary A&S projects to provide suitable ambiance both for the fighting and for the booth. 

Anyone wishing to participate with demonstrations other than fighting should please contact me via private email so that the proper arrangements can be made with the staff of All CON. Pleas e remember that the space we have for our display is a large booth; any dancing, fighting, or other demos will need a meeting room or space set up ahead of time with the convention. Demos are usually limited to?1 hour?or 1 1/2 hour slots, so the timing and the arrangements are complex logistics involving all participating groups, not just the SCA.
