This is not a plug but it is a bit of info that several people have shown
an interest in when we were talking.  As some of you know I was a very
heavy smoker and quit in one night with the aid of hypnosis.  This was over
ten years ago and I haven't seen the people back here in years.  The local
hypnosis centers charge bunches for this kind of stuff but these people do
it for $49.99.  It is a group thing but it really worked for me.  Baroness
Dana and her daughter are going to go and most of you know she has tried
