LR - Marking Tape

Well,  I couldn't get any tape from work.  BUT NEVER FEAR, I picked up some
rolls of 1 inch survey tape from the Ace Hardware store at McCart and
Altamesa that is closing.  I have 6 rolls in red and yellow.  150 ft/roll.

Who gets these for marking off the Site?

How can I get them to the responsible person?
